This is a vicious cycle…you don’t have enough energy to shop, chop and cook healthy food, but healthy food will give you more energy. Here’s the thing…I guarantee that once you start eating better, you will have more energy.
The toughest part is how to start. Take one, single baby step…Add one piece of fruit or one extra vegetable to your day. Drink one more glass of water.
No, you won’t feel like you’ve had a Red Bull, but you will notice the energy change, often within a day or two if you make any change at all.
